I work on a busy short term rehab floor and have to take many, many blood pressure readings throughout the day. Sometimes the machine is way off, giving me an abnormally high reading I'd say 1-2 times out of 10. Most of the time it works fine if you put it on the wrist tight enough and have them put their arm in the right position as demonstrated on the pamphlet included. Works best on average sized arms, some skinny wrists are okay but I have trouble with large wrists so I'll switch to the cuff in those instances. Overall not bad at all for the price. I've even dropped it twice already and it's still going.

I bought this because my blood pressure needed monitoring and I am very pleased with the product. It works great and comes with a carrying case. It is small enough to pop in my purse and go and I really like the memory feature so I can keep track of the numbers to share with my physician.

I purchased this monitor to give to my elderly mother. I found it easy to use and the pulse rate seemed to be accurate. I have another more expensive upper arm monitor that I have compared with the one at the Doctor's office and I know is pretty accurate. When I compared the upper arm blood pressure readings against this wrist monitor I found that the wrist monitor consistently read much higher to the point that I considered it to be useless and as a result I returned it for a refund
