Longer than that and I find they are too long and start getting in the way while doing aerobic activity. Any shorter than 7" is appropriate for serious runners but is a little too revealing for the average gym-goer like myself. - Pockets. Lots of athletic shorts do not come with pockets and I definitely want the option to stash headphones, keys or MP3 player if need be. - Lightweight. Some "fashionable" shorts carry enough weight such that you notice them while working out. The adidas Men's Clima Response 3.0 Shorts are one of the very few shorts that fill all these criteria perfectly. I hardly notice them when they are on and they provide everything I need in terms of workout apparel. The style is simple and certainly doesn't lose the shorts any fashion points. They also dry out very quickly and don't retain any odor. Everything you need in a gym short. |
