This review is from: Water Gear Back Float, One-Piece (Orange) (Misc.) My five and a half year old son, who is deathly afraid of water, took swim lessons for the first time. All the kids got a noodle and a "backpack" to wear. He felt so safe and secure that I just had to get a back float for personal use. Couldn't find one in the regular stores, so I bought one online. My son loves it. At least now he will go in the water. Before the back float, he would scream and holler that he would drown if he got in. Now he splashes around and has fun. This product not only works well, but has helped my son emotionally. I highly recommend buying one. They are also a lot less cumbersome than life jackets/vests.
