What we received was a product that gives a mild compression but no real support. If you are looking for a small amount of compression and perhaps added warmth to your elbow, then this product would be fine. The cost was reasonable for what we received. We were disappointed, Primarily because the picture did not match the product. All other elbow sleeves start hurting after a while because they start getting crumpled up. This one is just perfect. It doesn't get crumpled up as much and is very comfortable. The material for this is very nice and soft. It really helps support the elbow during heavy duty lifting exercises such as bench press. Make sure you get the right size for your self. |
