There are lots of CUE sheet covers out there - some that are "clip like", some that have zippers, and some, like this one, that have a clear plastic sleeve with velcro on the bottom. Don't even bother with the clip-like ones - I've had a number of them that were given to me FREE for various fundraiser rides. They are worth what I paid for them. :-) The clear plastic ones, like this, are great because if it starts to rain a bit, your cue sheet is protected. Need to stash a few dollars in there? Done! I have used this map holder for holding cue sheets for several Randonneurs and it has kept them dry and readable for the entire ride. The plastic is durable and I have been able to mount it to my handlebars despite the lights/electronics in the way. This is very useful if you go on rides that have detailed turn by turn directions. The velcro closure at the bottom is nice. The only problem that I had was with the velcro straps that anchored the bar map. In order to keep the bar map from moving around I needed to use clips in addition to the straps. |
