This advanced neck roll system incorporates a molded collar of resilient closed-cell polyethylene foam and a padded vest into one product. Protects against stinger and shoulder injuries far better than traditional neck rolls. Supports helmet sides and back without restricting movement. Can be worn as preventive equipment or post-injury protection. Available in regular or large size. Measure around the circumference of neck; regular = 14 1/2 to 16 1/2, large = 16 1/2 to 20.
