Just replaced my SRAM 7 speed cassette (this model) with the same part and it was easy to install on my mountain bike. The old one wore out after about 1300 miles due to my own fault - letting the chain collect dirt, not keeping the chain clean, the chain wearing out and wearing out my cassette. The nice thing about this cassette is the price. Can't beat it for money you can't beat it.

When I bought my Trek Navigator 2.0, I had no clue about freewheels and freehubs. All I knew was the bike was comfortable and I assumed it would be much better quality than a Walmart special bike. I was wrong and after about 600 miles, the freewheel gave way. It was replaced under warranty, but the bike shop said once the warranty was up, I'd have to pay out of pocket if it happened again. This is no good as I'm on pace to ride 1200 miles a year and they say the repair would cost me $60 each time to replace it. Luckily I found a guy selling his 5 month old Trek 3.0 wheels on Craigslist that have a freehub instead of a freewheel. I bought this SRAM cassette, a Park lockring removal tool, a 7 speed spacer, and made my own chain whip. I've put on 500 miles on this cassette and haven't had any issues at all.
