I read a good deal about sauna therapy & Far Infrared, in particular. It has some amazing health benefits. You may be surprised that it's much, much more than just a soothing heat on the outside of your body. I read about it killing parasites & healing other diseases as well. Take the time to do your own research on the practice. You'll probably get more out of the sauna treatments if you know what it's doing for you. A friend recommended this to me after she received hers (this identical model & seller) only the week before. I ordered this Monday to help with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I received it Friday - really happy it arrived so soon. I am glad that I ordered the X-Large sauna I am tall about 5'10" and am about 40 pounds overweight right now. This sauna is big enough although my legs still press against the front of the sauna. The chair is tiny but I fit ok, I covered the chair with a towel as I had read in other reviews it can get hot (it's metal). The sauna is made out of some sort of fabric which was a great surprise. I expected it to be made out of some kind of plastic and am relieved to find out that it is not. Some people had stated that they had to air it out before they used it. I am very chemically sensitive but had no problems with keeping this in the house. I have left many items out on my porch to out gas for a week before I have been able to bring them into the house but this was perfectly fine. I bought this sauna on oct 30th and it arrived yesterday, nov 4th, really fast!!! I used this morning and was amazed how I sweated!! the foam that comes with it for the floor of the sauna got wet. The sauna heats fast and you start sweating in about 10 minutes. I kept a glass of water and a towel nearby to dry my face. Felt really good afterwards. The price was low and the quality high. It is well constructed and everything looks like top of the line. I think every household should have one of these, considering all the benefits. Also is a good way to burn calories in the winter time (I live in Missouri). They say you can burn calories as if jogging for 30 minutes. Very happy with this product and the fast delivery. |
