Raymond Weil makes a fine product. The clasp on the band is very cool....it's a double clasp that's released with a button that has to be squeezed on both sides, which makes it secure, but easy to remove if you want to. The mother of pearl face is very nice, and the diamonds on the numbers sparkle. The crown even has detail on it. The back of the watch has a sapphire crystal window so you can see the guts of the watch moving....pretty awesome. Save your money and avoid the Rolex. I think Rolex's are nice watches, but this Raymond Weil is just as nice, for a fraction of the price.
