This knee brace fits that criteria and allows full range of movement. It is easy to put on and take off, lightweight, and comfortable. The Ace Advanced knee brace is recommended while doing exercise and not for daily wear. It is washable. The medium size seems to be perfect for me - my knee measures 16 3/4". It is tight enough so that it doesn't slip or bunch up. I used to use the ACE stabilizer knee support (with springy side bars) but they wear out fast and get dirty too. I bought two of the Neoprene ones for use in hiking - they are comfortable, do not slip and seem to provide support without being constrictive. I bought them from Amazone, the price was competitive and shipping fast and free. I have washed them and they retain their shape and have not lost their ability to provide support. I would buy them again and would recommend them to anyone. When I recently tore my meniscus I needed to have another brace so I could wash one and wear one. I could not find this particular brace anywhere and was happy to find it on Amazon! It is so comfortable and stays in place. So many of the newer braces will slip down your leg and chaff your skin.
