I had been told that Tea Trea has drying effects. That truly is the case with this shampoo. It takes quite a lot of shampoo to get a good lather on medium long hair, neeedless to say the bottle didn't last very long. Once the lather was enough, it truly was a good shampoo.. the tingly feeling is nice and the aroma great!! The conditioner however is nothing exciting...super watery, and didn't leave my hair soft at all... The conditioner came as a bonus so I'd figured I'd give it a try. As it turned out, this combo is one of the nicest sets I've ever used and I have to recommend it not only for effectiveness (it does a great job of cleansing and conditioning without drying out my hair), but also for its sensory experience. It smells great while leaving a tingling sensation that is conversely invigorating and relaxing. It leaves my hair shiney and smooth without tangles.I buy a lot of Mitchell products, but the tea tree line is one of my favorites. |
