How very easy to assemble and it allows for a light kit. If there are two switches for fan motor and one for light it is easy to find a ceiling light that conforms to the small fitter hole. You need to run a separate line to tie into the blue wire for the light.Didn't need the balance kit it is so smooth and quiet. " Energy Star " which is a huge bonus. I heard that Emerson is leaving the USA because of the Cap and Trade. Tax Sorry to see such a wonderful company leave. The smooth finishes on the metal parts are an example of good workmanship.
